Group Overview:

The post-trade execution (PTE) group combines the functions involved in the execution, management and support of deals and transactions over their lifecycle from “deal to dollars.” By having the functions trade operations with certain aspects of finance in one group it enhances the efficiency, speed, and quality of services.

Program Overview:

Throughout the program, participants will have regular interaction with the leaders of our post-trade execution (PTE) groups as well as our commercial businesses to gain an understanding of our approach to various opportunities across global markets.

This is a two year rotational program where you will gain exposure to the support functions involved in PTE including confirmations, settlements, operations, P&L, and product control as well as work on special projects around strategic initiatives and strategy for PTE. Associates will participate in four different six-month rotations among the different PTE groups. At any point during the rotation that group can extend an offer of employment to the Associate and if they accept the offer the Associate would no longer rotate to the next group.

This program is a unique opportunity designed to provide a strong basis for a role within PTE and to identify and develop people who have the desire to become an active part in the firm as they gain exposure to the support components of the global commodities trading industry.
