CCI is hiring a Blender to join our team in our Stamford, CT office.


This position is responsible for managing the logistics involved in the Light Ends Gasoline Blend Program for both Domestic & Export Grades. This is a 24/7 position where the Gasoline Blender is responsible for ensuring that the Blended Components meet the specifications and requirements of both our contractual and regulatory obligations. Internally, the Blender will work closely every day with the Light Ends Trading Team and various support groups. Externally, they will have significant interaction with Terminal Managers, Inspection Coordinators, Loss Control Reps, Vessel Agents, Customers, and Quality Control Personnel at major Pipeline Companies.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience within financial services
  • The ability to be on call 24/7
  • A quick learner with an open mind, ability to take direction, and desire to learn
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills
  • The ability to communicate timely and clearly
  • The ability to multi-task in fast paced pressurized conditions
  • Strong Microsoft program skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Scheduling experience or Terminal Ops experience
  • Systems Knowledge (Tempest/Lynx/ComLive)
  • Previous interaction with Counterparties & Vendors
  • Understanding of Oil products, more specifically Gasoline Components
  • Knowledge of Ship Operations, more specifically Vessel Specifications
